After purchase, you will have immediate access to your Success Roadmap, your Week 0 curriculum to establish your Initial Performance Evaluation baseline while we’re awaiting your Onboarding Call (at my Calendly link in your Welcome File), and a Google Sheet which I will ask you to submit so I can get a basic overview of who you are and what your goals are before your Onboarding Call where I will customize your next 12-Weeks for you. If you wish to skip the Google Sheet and Onboarding Call, send me an email (listed below) and briefly explain your goals and any bodily/ movement restrictions and I will send you your personalized course within 24-72hours. We can still have Accountability Calls weekly/ at your discretion.

Upon finishing this course, you will receive an official Certificate of Completion wet-signed by me, along with a piece complimentary, exclusive merchandise only available to FITFO Training System Finishers. All you need to do is keep me updated on your progress through our Accountability Calls, and/or by posting your progress on either Instagram or Tiktok and tag @therichreeves and/or @fitfo.us in the posts or stories so I can keep up with your progress and confirm your completion.
